This is to certify that the test results of the test specimen requested to be tested on August 5, 2016 is as given below.

1 .  Test specimen name: Copper alloy film Silver and Gold
2 . Test purpose: Sterilization activity evaluation test
3 . Test method: JIS L 1902
0.4 g of the test specimen is sterilized in an autoclave in accordance to “JIS L1902:2002 Bacterial liquid absorption method”. Next, 0.2 ml of the bacteria solution is inoculated into the test specimen after preparation with 1/20 nutrient medium such that 105 CFU/ml is obtained, and the number of bacteria is measured. Standard fabric is used as the control.
4 . Strain used: Staphylococcus aureus     NBRC-12732
5 . Culture medium used: Nutrient Broth (DIFCO)
Nutrient Agar (DIFCO)
